About the Presenter:
Darius Villalobos is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry and serves on the Young Adult Advisory Board for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.  Prior to working for the NFCYM, Darius worked in the Archdiocese of Chicago as the Director of Young Adult Ministry and several other positions in Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Darius has also worked for the Center for Ministry Development as a Program Director and Prayer and Music Coordinator for the Young Neighbors In Action service learning experience. 
He is a graduate of DePaul University and is currently a Bernardin Scholar at Catholic Theological Union. He has served as a parish RCIA director, liturgical music minister, retreat director, catechist, and youth minister.

As Director of Diversity and Inclusion, he is responsible for NFCYM’s efforts to live into its values as inclusive and diverse organization. He supports our members by helping them with resources, consultation, and training to serve the diverse realities of young people today. He is also responsible for our relationships with other organizations and institutions serving the multicultural realities of our youth and the Catholic Church in the U.S.
